Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier » Chefchaouen » Fes [309 Km]

Your adventure begins in Tangier, where we will meet you at the port. From there, we’ll travel through the breathtaking Rif Mountains and pass the city of Tetouan, enjoying stunning views along the way.

Arriving in Chefchaouen, a charming village nestled at the foot of the Rif Mountains, you’ll explore its vibrant medina with its Spanish-style square, arts and crafts shops, and cozy cafes. After lunch in this picturesque setting, we’ll continue our journey to Fes, where you’ll spend the night in a comfortable hotel or riad.

Day 2: Fes Sightseeing Tour with a Local Guide

After breakfast, the day is dedicated to discovering the rich history and culture of Fes, Morocco’s oldest imperial city. Founded by Idriss II, Fes is a center of Arab-Muslim heritage. You’ll visit landmarks such as the Mosque of the Andalusians, the tanneries, and the pottery district.

Lunch will be served in a traditional palace within the medina. In the afternoon, the tour continues with visits to the Nejjarine Fountain, Hispano-Moorish buildings, and the Medersas. Enjoy the evening at your leisure with dinner and overnight in Fes.

Day 3: Fes » Ifrane » Azrou Forest » Merzouga Desert [467 Km]

After breakfast, we journey south, passing through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll stop in Ifrane, often referred to as “Morocco’s Little Switzerland,” and visit the cedar forests near Azrou, where you can see monkeys in their natural habitat.

Continuing through the Ziz Gorges and along the Ziz Valley, you’ll notice the landscape gradually shift to reveal desert vistas. After lunch in Midelt, we proceed through Erfoud and Rissani before reaching Merzouga.

In Merzouga, enjoy a welcoming mint tea before embarking on a camel trek to a Berber camp nestled in the dunes of Erg Chebbi, the tallest sand dunes in North Africa. After dinner, gather around a campfire under the starlit sky to enjoy traditional Berber music. Overnight in comfortable tents equipped with mattresses, blankets, and pillows.

Day 4: Merzouga » Todra Gorges » Dades Gorges [255 Km]

Start the day with a magical sunrise over the dunes. After returning by camel to the hotel, enjoy breakfast and freshen up before departing for Todra Gorges. Along the way, we’ll pass through Tinghir, a town surrounded by lush palm groves.

Upon reaching Todra Gorges, marvel at the towering red cliffs that rise up to 300 meters. After exploring the area, we continue to Dades Valley, where dinner and an overnight stay in a cozy riad await.

Day 5: Dades Gorges » Ait Ben Haddou » Marrakech [325 Km]

After breakfast, we’ll drive through the Dades Valley, passing the Kalaat M’Gouna and Skoura oases, famous for their roses and kasbahs. Continuing on, we’ll visit the film studios in Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa.”

Lunch will be served near the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest and most iconic kasbah in Morocco. After exploring this historic site, we journey through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, stopping to admire breathtaking views. We arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon, where you’ll settle into your accommodation.

Day 6: Marrakech Sightseeing Tour with a Local Guide

Today is devoted to exploring Marrakech, also known as the “Red City.” Your local guide will take you to the city’s most significant historical and cultural landmarks, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Ben Youssef Koranic School.

Stroll through the bustling medina, where artisans demonstrate their craft, before arriving at the lively Djamaa El Fna Square, where lunch will be served at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the serene Majorelle Gardens and take a short tour of Gueliz, the modern district of Marrakech.

In the evening, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Djamaa El Fna, where magicians, storytellers, and food vendors entertain visitors. This marks the end of your 6-day tour, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Morocco.
